Pie Storage and Shelf Life
●Pies received frozen should be freezed immediately and Pies received chilled should be refrigerated and consumed within 5 days
● Pies will keep perdectly fresh in the fridge for 5 days.

Payment
●We only accept cards for orders placed online. We use SSL 3D secure payments vis Stripe payment gateway.
Delivery Policy
●Deliveries are made by Royal Mail Service
● All pies are delivered boxed
● We only deliver within the UK
● We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays
Refund and Cancellation
There will be no refund on Pies cancelled less than 2 Working days prior to delivery.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with photographic evidence if the item is defective,
damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
